RASM...I had a similar issue that I solved recently. RASMapper seemed to be displaying where the face connection errors were located (although erratically). So, I went through and corrected errors as they showed up within RASMapper. This actually didn't seem to correct the problem, but later I replaced all of the GIS outline points in the 2D flow areas editor using excel data formatted as data type "Number." Once I replaced the GIS outline vertices the Geometry Editor immediately recomputed and loaded the 2D mesh without any issues.
